Track My Order
Where is my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. After shipping, delivery typically takes:
- US orders: 3–7 business days
- International/EU orders: 7–14 business days
Haven't received a tracking email?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, it's possible your order is still in production. Orders typically ship within 5 business days of being placed.

If it's been more than 10 business days since you ordered and you haven't received a tracking number, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
